    三軍總醫院去年爆發涉勾結勞保黃牛詐領勞保失能給付，北檢調查後遭依偽造文書、詐欺取財等罪起訴醫師林俊杰等39人；檢廉陸續清查發現，另有一批勞保黃牛集團犯案，本月3日發動首波搜索，今日再會同廉政署約談多名犯罪嫌疑人、證人到案說明。全案朝刑法偽造文書、詐欺等罪方向偵辦。

    全案源於勞保局政風室清查列管醫師，發現涉案醫師開立失能診斷書的數量明顯偏多，再加上圈內耳語屢傳，進而展開追查，通報廉政署後，再報請台北地檢署指揮偵辦。

    檢廉經過蒐證後，本月3日展開行動，兵分3路搜索並約談涉勞保詐欺的張姓、2名李姓仲介等3名犯罪嫌疑人及7名證人，不法金額上看數百萬元。不過，據悉，本案與三總醫院醫師林俊杰涉勾結勞保黃牛一案並無關聯。
